Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679

We wish to inform you that the "European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free movement of such data" (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR") ensures the protection of individuals and other subjects concerning the processing of personal data. IDM S.r.l., with its registered office at Via Feltrina Sud 28, 31044 Montebelluna (TV), in its capacity as "Data Controller," pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, provides you with the following information.

Purpose of Processing

The personal data you provide are necessary for fulfilling legal obligations within the management and completion of concluded commercial agreements. IDM S.r.l. will not use them for any other purpose beyond those stated above.

Processing Methods and Storage

The processing will be carried out in an automated and/or manual manner, in compliance with Article 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 and Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Articles 33-36 of the Code) on security measures, by specifically authorized personnel and in compliance with Article 29 of GDPR 2016/679.

Please note that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization, pursuant to Article 5 of GDPR 2016/679, and with your free and explicit consent expressed at the bottom of this notice, your personal data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and processed.

Scope of Communication and Disclosure

We also inform you that the collected data will never be disseminated and will not be communicated without your explicit consent, except for necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to public entities, consultants, or other subjects to fulfill legal obligations.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your data will not be transferred either to European Union Member States or to third countries outside the European Union.

Existence of Automated Decision-Making, Including Profiling

IDM S.r.l. does not adopt any automated decision-making processes, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Regulation No. 679/2016.

Data Subject Rights

At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, the right to:

  • Request confirmation of the existence of your personal data;

  • Obtain information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, and, where possible, the retention period;

  • Obtain rectification or deletion of data;

  • Obtain restriction of processing;

  • Obtain data portability, i.e., receive data from a data controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;

  • Object to processing at any time, including processing for direct marketing purposes;

  • Object to automated decision-making processes concerning natural persons, including profiling;

  • Request access to personal data from the data controller and request rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing concerning them, as well as the right to object to processing, in addition to the right to data portability;

  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal;

  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
